MovingFrom age 6 Getting to know the ball in a fun and many-sided way, and the basic rules of the game. Getting to know their own body and their surroundings through many-sided movement.
PlayingAges 7 to 10 Basic technique and the basic tactical rules, learned in a playful way, then playfully enhanced. Trying out their own opportunities and limits, then inventiveness and imagination.
LearningUnder-11 and Under-13Organised teams and competition begin Individual technique trained methodically, then stabilised until a player can vary it in a game. Individuality and the motivation to perform, then initiative for themselves and for the group.
SpecializingUnder-15 and Under-17 Position-specific technique, the alternative systems of play, and technique held under pressure. Turning I-thinking into WE-thinking, and accompanying a talent toward top performance.
PreparingSenior side Position-specific technique optimised for the highest game requirements. Professional qualities on and off the pitch.
